The new media does not feed us fully formed chunks, but broken chips and blips of imagery. We are required to piece an identity together to create a configurative or modular personality. This explains why so many millions are desperately searching for an identity.

John 3: 16 Day

A convergence of pressures such as the malfunctioning of the main life support systems of society and the break up of the role structure tend to produce crises in personality. Christians are not exempted from these pressures which are evident in everyday spiritual life. John 3:16 Day was suggested by a Christian radio listener and gained momentum ever since.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life"
This verse obviously raises questions of the spiritual awareness every Christian aspires towards or the lack thereof. Will this day really make a difference in the lives of Christians? That ultimately becomes a personal issue.
